Rule 506(c) Private Credit
Kronos Capital International provides verified accredited investors access to carefully structured private-credit opportunities through a controlled diligence, documentation, and funding process.
The Kronos Approach
i.
We focus on opportunities that meet defined strategic, structural, and diligence standards.
ii.
Each opportunity progresses through a controlled review process before investor documentation is released.
iii.
Eligibility, documentation, execution, and funding are treated as distinct conditions — not a single unchecked action.
Evaluation Framework
The stages below describe the sequence of review at a high level. Specific underwriting criteria, models, and counterparty terms are not published.
An opportunity is assessed against the applicable investment mandate before any further work is committed.
Counterparties are reviewed for capability, track record, and the coherence of the proposed use of proceeds.
Proposed structure, priority, covenants, and any security arrangements are examined. Security arrangements reduce neither the possibility of loss nor the need for independent review.
Offering and transaction documentation is prepared and reviewed before it is released to any prospective investor.
Accredited-investor status is verified through the applicable review process required under Rule 506(c).
Agreements are executed and funding instructions are issued only once all applicable conditions have been satisfied.
Records, reporting, and administration continue for the life of the position in accordance with the governing documents.
Investor Process
Submit basic contact information and an anticipated investment range.

Executed documents and available reporting are organised through the appropriate investor environment.
Document Control
From eligibility review through executed documentation, the process is structured so prospective investors understand what has been received, what remains outstanding, and what happens next.
The panel shown is a process illustration only. It does not display real investor data, account balances, valuations, or investment performance.

Common Questions
Access may be requested by prospective investors who reasonably believe they qualify as accredited investors under Rule 501 of Regulation D. Submitting a request does not confirm eligibility; eligibility is determined only through the verification process.
Rule 506(c) permits general solicitation of a private offering, but only on the condition that every purchaser is an accredited investor and that the issuer takes reasonable steps to verify accredited status. Self-certification alone is not sufficient under Rule 506(c).
Verification is completed through the applicable review process, which may include a written confirmation from a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, registered investment adviser, or registered broker-dealer, or a documented third-party verification service. Sensitive financial documentation is never requested through this website.
No. Submitting the form is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute an offer by Kronos, an agreement to invest, or any obligation on either side. Each request is reviewed individually.
Offering documentation is provided only after a prospective investor has been verified as an eligible accredited investor and the applicable preliminary review has been completed.
Funding instructions are issued only after all applicable conditions have been satisfied, including eligibility verification and execution of the required agreements and acknowledgments. Kronos does not request funds before those conditions are met.
Review the applicable offering documents in full, including the risk factors, the terms of the instrument, fees and expenses, conflicts of interest, and any limitations on transfer or liquidity. Investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Prospective investors should consult their own legal, tax, and financial advisors before making any decision.
